My Story

I grew up on a lake in the great metropolis of Lutz, FL. There were a lot more cow pastures and orange trees back then. Since we had moved there from Temple Terrace, we were always considered “the city folk”. Things sure have changed!

I had the privilege of serving with Mercy Ships as a full-time missionary for four years. During that time, there were people from 28 different countries serving on board the MV Anastasis. I was on the Outreach Team, and we shared our positive message of hope in a multitude of settings throughout Africa and Europe.

I met my beautiful wife, Marilie, in South Africa at my shipmates’ wedding. Our wonder twin tweenagers keep us busy and motivated. They are the best thing to ever happen to us!

I learned the value of hard work and investing from dad. He was an accounting professor at USF, a part-time entrepreneur and real estate investor. He and a former student put a small investment into an apartment building and it grew exponentially.

My ambition in life is to serve others at my highest level. I’ve spent years studying and improving my skills. So now, as a building contractor, realtor, and minister, I would like the privilege of serving you and your family’s need for a home. If you need to buy, build or sell, I am here for you!
